CAS-C method [Chimney Asbestos Countermeasures]
Minimize the impact on facility operations due to chimney asbestos and enable response in as little as one day!
The CAS-C method is a construction technique that allows for asbestos countermeasures in chimneys and narrow chimney sections (i.e., cylindrical equipment primarily used for safely discharging air conditioning exhaust, kitchen smoke, or combustion exhaust gases from boilers to the outdoors). It utilizes "Eco Best," which has received material certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and an internal spray machine specifically for chimneys called the "Chimney Sprayer" for internal construction. Its greatest feature is the ability to reliably approach narrow areas and small-diameter chimneys that were previously difficult to address. The containment treatment using Eco Best securely immobilizes asbestos fibers without compromising the existing heat resistance, enhancing safety while maintaining the original function of the chimney. Furthermore, real-time monitoring with an internal camera has enabled high-precision construction and reliable quality control. Additionally, since it does not involve dismantling, it minimizes the impact on facility operations and can be implemented in as little as one day (note: effectiveness and duration may vary depending on building conditions and construction details). Therefore, it achieves significant cost reductions and shortened construction periods compared to traditional methods. ▶ First, let's conduct a site survey! We will propose the most suitable measures based on the condition of the building. Please feel free to consult us about estimated costs and timelines!
